I remember meeting Sharon and Pete at their home in Idaho. They were both so warm and welcoming, and the views were breathtaking. Sharon insisted on making breakfast for Trina and me — aebelskivers. I’d never seen a spherical pancake before. Mind-blowing! Sharon enjoyed sharing the tradition — & I went home and ordered a aebelskiver pan. Whenever I make aebelskivers, it takes me back to that day, and to memories of Sharon & Pete sharing their lives and home.
